Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neurological disease that results in the death of nerve cells called motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. These neurons control voluntary muscles.
This photo was taken after a 50 mile training ride to scout out the route from York to Portland. We learned that we will need to tweak the route slightly due to storm damage on some bike paths! We hope you will follow our journey!
